What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, your child's first name, their date of birth, the care type and days you are after, your preferred start date, how you heard about us and any message you write. If you enrol, we collect the further details required by the Ministry of Education and for your child's health and safety.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, confirm availability and fees, and to care for your child safely if you enrol. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is stored
Website enquiries are stored in a secure database that only authorised Wonderhub staff can access, and are also emailed to our centre manager. Enrolment records are kept securely and retained for the period required by the Ministry of Education.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary: with the Ministry of Education for funding purposes, with health professionals in an emergency, or where the law requires it. Photographs of your child are only used with your written permission.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only the cookies needed for the site to function, along with basic, aggregated analytics about page visits. This does not identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you or your child, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Contact us and we will respond within 20 working days.
